Beyond the scope of traditional house building, we have also managed and delivered a number of bespoke extras for various projects. These include a number of swimming pools, tennis courts, Multi Use Game Areas (MUGA courts), a bar/restaurant and two state-of-the art luxury spas.

At two sites in the South West of England, Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswolds and Silverlake in Dorset, we also oversee all major infrastructure work and service installation.
